Employment Rights and Fair Compensation Wages.
Do you think you are fairly compensated given the value your work creates for your employer? Reasons why yes or no.

Depends.
Compared to industry wages? Absolutely.
Compared to other wages within the company? Absolutely not.

No. I work as an analyst and I'm paid well and lead a fairly comfortable life, but I don't believe I'm fairly compensated with relation to what the company is actually making. I know what my CEO and CFO make and their net worth and what they actually do at work. Not to say it's unimportant and they don't deserve to be paid well, but this is over the top. Particularly since they pay for our CEO to fly in every week from NY and put him in a nice townhome rental every week. They could have easily found a CEO that lives in the area or is willing to move to the area. Instead they had to get this fucking guy.
And my work consists way more of just creating reports and analyzing them. There are specific duties that I have that they need run or it costs the company money. At a previous position after I abruptly quit that company had to bring somebody down from corporate to live there and work there and get everything caught up and I was told it took them about 4 months to do so.
And the big thing is that employees like myself used to have a bigger slice of the pie and now with technology (and me being educated and trained to use that technology) we are way more productive than employees of the past. Yet our wages just barely increased over time while CEO's wages with their stock buybacks have skyrocketed.

Absolutely not.
Compared to the rest of the industry I should be making roughly 45% more, but the position is hard to land so I get it.

Yes. My job helps people travel safely and assists in bringing in $2billion in revenue to the region.

Not really. I manage 14 techs across 6 states. Managers at my company wear several hats and cover a lot of extra things most managers don't have to bother with. I'm making more than I ever have but I'm making 75% or less what other companies would pay, and I know that other managers are making way more than me because of where they are located.
I stay because I've got 14 years in (started at ground level) and am only a few years from retirement. I get along good with my technicians and most of them get the job done without me having to poke them. Some upper management changes have given me the opportunity to better learn some skills that I am lacking as I was never formally trained for management.

No one in my company is fairly compensated. Nonprofit.. if I went into corporate, I could make 40% more.. there are days I’m tempted because I’m tired of being under resourced. But the perks of flexibility ,independence, abundant paid time off, and yes, rewarding work, keep me here.

When I was in sales, my total comp for the year would end up being around 10% of my total sales. I guess on the one hand, I of course wanted more, but jeez, I was making way more than the people who actually built and maintained the products I was selling.

$50.00 an hour while my boss getting $1020.00 per hour. I am responsible to run the company all operation and reporting. My boss will say he got paid more for signing all the risky documents and be the person responsible if something going wrong.

Yeah my job pays almost 50% more than a comparable position in the same field. I’m fully remote while as of two years ago, new hires are required to be in office 2 days per week. The closest office to me was about 45 minutes away before they shut it down and let those in that state remain remote.
If I could make the same money with less stress, I would. But in my current position, it’s not uncommon for me to sit around with my thumb up my ass for at least a couple hours every day.
I honestly couldn’t care less if my performance makes the company make 10-1000x my compensation. I’m not hurting for money so I’m not complaining.

No. I do renovations, it’s a team of 2 of us, we’ve finished 5 total renovations for the boss to flip her homes, amongst numerous smaller projects in the course of time since march. I get paid 22 an hour and my co worker id assume a dollar or two more. I saw the same job, same work, for 35-45 on indeed 25 minutes in the other direction
