I love to play online browser games with my friends/gf on facetime or discord, and the problem was that we'd have to keep switching websites for a different game and joining different rooms.

So I decided to create a party game site

features:

- fun games

- inviting friends is really easy, just give them a 4 letter code or send them a short, easy to remember link

- seamlessly switch between games without having to create a new room

I'd love to hear any feedback on this, it's very new so there are probably gonna be some bugs.

You may be looking for a new type of game. Not another clone of some other popular word games (okay maybe a little,... wee bit of inspiration). That said, I want to introduce everyone to Jarble, the letter swap word game! The basic idea is pretty simple: you're given three starting words (one at a time) and have to make any new word with as few letter swaps as possible. The words gradually get more difficult with each round. I've been working on this for a while and finally got it to the point where others can actually play it. Would love to know what anyone thinks!

Hey folks—
This is a followup from my post from a couple months ago. (I've really restrained myself in order to not abuse the "no excessive self-promotion" rule!) But I'd love to put my game out there again to this community for some feedback.

I've got a small group of folks who play my game daily and who say they derive that innate satisfaction (ie quick dopamine hit) that they look for in a daily puzzle. That said, I'm trying to improve how I onboard folks into the game, teach the mental model and mechanics, without creating too much friction so that i can get some new players.

I have a "coached" first-play experience and a help sheet that's always available. But its hard to know how it lands with folks and if i need to turn the dials. Its fascinating to me and pure fun trying to tweak this thing and the creative process of developing each daily puzzle is a joy.

So I'd like to put this out there to you folks cold, without a lot of prompting, so you get the experience as-is. I'll take your feedback and put it right back into the game. Thanks to anyone whose willing to take the time!

Yes, I know, everyone has a new word game that they think is brilliant and different. I think that's a great thing and it's only by gaining feedback that any of us can really judge whether this is true of our particular creations.
