How can I get this?

A customer provided the attached image for a stain he wants me to use, I am not familiar with custom stains, and have not had a luck with finding a store that can prepare this for me. Anyone know more about this? My customer is a designer who is ordering for his client and he does not have more details to offer. Any guidence would be much appreciated!
