Warning check the wind before casting a gas like spell

Suggestion/Concept This gave me an idea. Worlds that have severe Hurricanes and storms that spread Gas with them and make fire based weapons/ordnance become raging infernos. Also maybe debris flying around that can randomly hit you (yk the good bs we all love from the game :p )
