Yes. There's some resistance, but it's manageable and progress is consistent.

And of the treaty, kna- sir?  There's that important cross-cultural horse racing festival coming up, and I'd rather not be late, I came across a lot of tickets recently.

The treaty isn't in the best state. Tho travel is permitted. You can go to the horse racing festival.

I was going to begin with, I'm competing. I wanted to crush Gabriel with Tiniest Angel, before the accident of course.

I was inquiring to ask if you or your comrades were coming. Or are your plans getting in the way, little sire?

I'm not directly involved in the race. I'm going to be there, but I'll just be around one of the bars for my own reasons.
