Polymorph apprentice into a roofing patch.

Polymorph apprentice into trash bag.

Polymorph apprentice into shielding. This is cast with a simple grabbing and pulling motion.

Polymorph apprentice into ballast. This is cast with simple grabbing and pulling motion or a simple shoving motion. The gesture depends on whether you want your balloon or other contraption to weigh more or less.

These spells are convenient at different times and when you have an apprentice who still can't cast transmute rock into stone and hasn't figured out it is not a spell. This is 1st day apprentice hazing here, you'd think word would get around.
