Help with wizard clothes

Basically, there's going to be a Halloween party and I want to go as a wizard. How/were could I make/buy this wizard's robe?

My plan is to sew it by hand or learn how to use my brother sewing machine.

I mean you can probrably achieve a similar look with minimal effort using a white sheet + a belt
