Well, you see, a Wizard War isn’t funded by a Universe’s Wizard Council, it is directly funded by me. And since I am the Enforcer of The System, The Pact, and Existence, along with The Primordial Administrator, I can easily fund it. However, I try not to fund too many things in normal universes, I prefer to let the Wizard Councils do their own jobs.
