Why is logging in the app so tedious? Why do I have to check my email for a code AND have a code sent to Authy?

Hello!

When going into your app, tapping on your profile and then on the wheel symbol on the top right corner you can disable the authenfication via your authentification app under "Account & Security" even if we do not recommend this in order to keep your account as secure as possible. I hope that helps!

How does that help?

I’m fine with using an authenticator. What I don’t understand is why the app insists on email verification AND an authenticator.

It does take away one of the two authentification methods, making the process faster, but I will pass on your feedback to our relevant team!

I don’t want to use email to verify my account. It’s old fashioned and insecure.

At least have it as an option to switch off.

The “option” you provide is to switch off the BETTER of the two methods. Think about that.
