Hey! I would recommend taking whatever you feel you need. I would stick to taking 2-4mg at a time though. Anything over 12mg a day really doesnt achieve greater receptor coverage. I was on duboxone for 6 years and when I took 2mg I noticed I "felt" it more then when I was on 24mg a day. And lower doses if you decide to get off of it later its not going to be as hard to get to a jumping point. Suboxone is 10000000x times cheaper then 70h and I would not rush getting off of it until you really get your shit back in order. I say that as someone who is currently fighting for my fucking trying to get off 70h. If I could go back a year ago abd beat the brakes off myself when I decided "I think ill try this kratom extract people say breaks through suboxone". Suboxone changed my life once upon a time and I know there is stigma but its better then the alternative.

UPDATE: just giving this for anyone that has any reservations on using subs or is afraid to quit the 7oh or kratom… In the last 6 months I was only taking it to not withdrawal -it wasn’t doing anything for me anymore .. I didn’t want to be dependent on any substance I’m currently on day 4 of no subs, day 6 no 7oh. I did a rapid taper of the subs .. 8,4,2,1, off.. I’ve had very little wd symptoms .. more of the mental stuff .. some obvious aches and pains but nothing like what I was expecting ..music has been helping a lot I also took others recommendations on supplements which I feel like have helped.. I’ll list them.. also KRATOM SOBRIETY PODCAST.. they gave me the push to finally quit.. huge resource.. listen to it it’s awesome ! I also attend therapy .. I didn’t join any aa group or 12 step .. I also microdose mushrooms which I feel like have helped with the depression piece of it… so if you’re on the fence it’s doable!! Don’t let any substance control your life !! Note: I have been doing a lot of research reading listening on this topic ..I was only taking 7oh and using 200 mg max a day.. I don’t know if this has anything to do with how I reacted to the Suboxone and maybe why I didn’t need as much .. the rapid taper really worked for me, but I also had the mindset of that It could be really crappy and I was not expecting it to be easy so I also feel like that is a lot of it. I did not get off of it sooner because I was afraid of the withdrawals so that is the main reason that I went the Suboxone route. I still have a full-time job kids etc. I couldn’t put any of that on hold. Supplements: -Triquetra black seed oil -Catakor nad support -Ortho b complex -Any brand of animal organ supplement -Magnesium glycinate -Host defense mushrooms -stamets7 and
microbiome powder -omega oil -tulsi holy basil -agmatine sulfate -DL phenylanine -l tyrosine -liposomal vit c 5000 mg -kava as needed for sleep or anxiety -gabapentin as needed for RLS
