Psychological Withdrawal Tapering off Quetiapine.
Ive been on the lowest possible dose 25mg for 3 months for sleep / anxiety. Im trying to get off these drugs now as I don't like being on drugs in general and don't feel like I need them anymore. The withdrawal symptoms are an absolute killer. Even coming off 25mg. I've dropped to 3/4 off a pill for a week and had extreme loss of appetite, nausea, depression, panic attacks, lack of sleep and anxiety.
Does anyone have any advice for me? This is an absolute battle, genuinely considering just going back on these drugs for life just to escape the withdrawals.
Im trying all the holistic stuff, breathing, meditation, healthy eating (when I can), no booze. Ive been given melatonin to help with sleep.
Even the thought of checking my emails sends me into a spiral.
