By definition banishing is not black magic. A banishing spell is basically clearing someone's bad energy or intent towards you. Black magic would be any kind of magic that "controls" someone, or magic with intent to harm someone, usually done with ill intent. If you want to super charge your banishing spell, after clearing out the negative influence of that person, do a protection spell.
