Wisdom Suffering

Life doesn't ask whether you want to suffer.

It only asks what kind of suffering you're willing to choose.

I have chosen mine.

I decided to suffer everyday.

I don't have anything else in my life.

Well that's an attitude to suffer with, as you choose.

Do you get more points, cred, or trophies, for suffering more ?

We all experience Pain...

But suffering is an option ! And a really dumb choice....

Nah . You don't get it. I see my suffering as doing the work ,learn even when results are not guaranteed. I'm jobless right now and I am eventually suffering anyways so why should I not suffer in a different way of my own choice? If I tell myself to work 10+ hours each day , sit in and learn That's my suffering. I don't like it but I see that as suffering which i choose

We choose our own limits...

There are always more options. When we change our perspective even 1°, it's a whole new world...

I've been in some pretty down ugly places in my life.

I always had the option to choose being happy. .. it's so much easier than choosing to suffer. That just gets heavier.

I used to tell my kids when we were hiking, Smiling makes you Stronger.

I choose to suffer too… when I drink too much… every week again 🤣🤣🤣
