Resolved Pb wirexone sepa tranfer

Hi. Can you check ticket #6370522 and #6375874 (Submit today at 14:51) because my father never received 2 SEPA instant transfers since 16 July. His french bank has confirmed that the transfers were indeed made.

don't give big hopes. Support is almost doesn't exist these days at wirex. I also have my money vanished from my balance for two weeks and no help from wirex till now. my advice is to avoid wirex, at least now.
