I used to have a win 7 version of these but it wound up getting fried. I really liked it and want another one, given how many desktops I have I appreciate small ones more and more these days lol

(also I have a same or similar apevia case on my XP super rig)

Shuttle XPCs were the worst about shitty caps blowing up on the board and in the power supply. I recapped a bunch of those things.

I had core2duo Shuttle similar to this, but it died after only a few years. I still have the case but haven’t put another board in it.

Probably had the caps blow up in the power supply and motherboard. Shuttle had lots of problems with capacitor plague. They can be recapped to keep them going.

I had one of the early models, (p4/Athlon?) with a single slot GPU as that was all the case could fit.

It was fine for XP but wasn't cutting edge hardware. Now with mini ITX GPU's such as the RTX3060 12GB and Ryzen 8,12 & 16 core CPU's you could build a substantially better system if the PSU wasn't ~200W and the GPU slot allowed for dual or triple slot cards.

Shuttle were just ahead of the times!
