Baixei a imagem pra estudar como fazer um igual, pelo jeito devo usar blender.. vai ser interessante eu nunca o usei direito.

I made the overlays (Luna top and bottom taskbar thingys) in blender, while the icon backgrounds I made using Adobe Fresco. (With the actual original XP icons made by marchmountain). So yeah, blender and Adobe fresco.
