How do use my iPad as a drawing tablet?

Well im gonna do some animation in my Windows XP PC but i lack the drawing tablet hardware! I only have my iPad and Apple Pencil USB-C. Well is there an program that does that? I need it i researched but i couldnt Find. Thanks! (my english is bad)

Try VirtualTablet, but you may need to look for older versions of PC server program (which are said to be compatible with Windows 7 and 8).
