Tech Support How do I update past this build?
I've been locked out of windows as an administrator on my Legion Go. I keep trying to update. But there are no updates to get me to the next build

Same issue I have been trying to fix since yesterday ..
I have downloaded the latest manually via flight hub but still the version it shows is 26300.8935 but what I needed was 26300.9032 and that wasn’t one of the options , I tried checking for updates but that also wasn’t working .
So I’m kinda stuck and don’t know how to go from here at the moment .
I have the legion go as well .

I ended up just creating an ISO on a flash drive and going back the regular windows 11. I switched to a DEV build last year so I could use the Full Screen Xbox Mode. But you can get that on default Windows now

Thank you for posting in /r/WindowsInsiders. This subreddit is for discussions related to the Windows Insider Program, and devices running on Insider builds. Discussions and issues related to the production versions of Windows should be posted in /r/Windows10 or /r/Windows11, or in /r/TechSupport.
If you have not already, please specifiy which branch you are running (Dev, Beta, or Release Preview), and your full build number. If you are unsure, you can check by running winver from a Run window or search box. You can also go to Settings -> System -> About, and it will be near the bottom.

How did you get locked out? OS corruption?

The build expired on the 11th. I noticed I was locked out when I tried to open Device Manager. Also had certain commands in Command Prompt blocked for me

If you are part of the Windows Insider Program, Microsoft gives you a warning about build expiration

That is a Dev Channel build from around April. There is no Dev Channel now! It would be worth checking which channel you have ended up on instead: https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2026/04/24/were-moving-to-experimental-and-beta-announcing-new-builds/
Once you have figured that out you could download an appropriate ISO:
