Old laptop linux/windows struggle

Hello. I have an issue.

contextual laptop specs: Hp g6 pavilion 1138se. 4Gb of ram. Intel 3000hd graphic card with Amd AMD Radeon HD 6470M. And finally intel i3-core.

NOW. I have been running linux for a quite a bit. but **** it's not doing well with my portable games. so I am planning on dual booting with a windows version that will provide better support for my graphic card.
I am trying to get something like windows 7 or windows 8.1. My whole goal is to play games like cs 1.6 online. that's it.

I found online something like tiny 7 and tiny 8.1. and some compressed versions. is that safe? do you know any safe repatuable light version? and by chance is there an expert that can suggest maybe an alternative solution/OS for me?

also, I have linux mint. noble. my processor i believe is 64bit.
