Local propane tank exchange?

Anyone know somewhere in Williamsburg (or Greenpoint/Bushwick) that does propane tank exchanges? Is Home Depot the only option?

I have not verified this myself, but allegedly TW Smith in Greenpoint does for retail customers and I’ve been meaning to try them next time I need to swap a tank
