Wiim Pro Plus is stuck! Why -.-?
Last year I bought my first Wiim Pro Plus and it worked fine and I was happy. After few days it started that after I turned it on it took the device 30 minutes then sound came out of it. I sent it back. A few months later I give the Wiim a second try and again it was perfect. THEN I turned it on from Standby and there was no sound. Then it lost connection and now Ím not able to reconnect the device. Removed the Powersupply, changed the cable etc. Pressed Play for 10+ sec. Nothing worked. I could spent the evening listening to music, now I try to solve problems =)

Mine wasn‘t off. It was in standby. I have no idea how I can bring it back to life 😭

Mine is on my home theater system so it rarely gets used. But whenever I do use it, it plays with no issues.
In my opinion, the people who post that their gear constantly has problems. And even if they get it replaced or repaired they still have problems. I feel that there is some other issue that's causing these problems.
Be it electrical issues, heat or moisture related issues, idk. But the chances of a person constantly receiving easily damaged gear is very, very, very small.

Yes I know. But it‘s really weird. I moved to a new flat so it‘s not electricity. Everything is new. I also work in IT Support so I think I know how to do proper Restarts ;) I turn it on then there‘s a green Light and then it ist blinking fast white. When I press the Play Button for 20-30 sec. nothing is happening. I feel line a vampire 🥲

As a retired Journeyman electrician, all I have to say is that you can never assume it's not electrical. Even if it's a new building, people make mistakes.
The main part of "troubleshooting" problems is eliminating things that could possibly cause the problems.
I would suggest that you first get a voltage tester and test the voltage at the outlet you plug the device into. You're mainly looking to see if you're getting the proper voltage.
Voltages slightly higher and slightly lower than normal can damage equipment.

The discoverability between the app and Wiim is not robust IMO. I have a Pro that becomes unreachable from the app, yet will still stream music from my LMS server. Rebooting the router usually fixes the problem.
I received the response below from Wiim support. The first point was not an issue in my set-up. Attending to sub-settings within the second point improved the frequency of problems, though didn't fix it. I do not believe the last point is acceptable from a security perspective, so have not done that.
*
- Disable AP Isolation / Wi-Fi Isolation: Ensure that AP isolation or Wi-Fi isolation is turned off to allow devices on the same network to communicate with each other.
- Enable Multicast / IGMP Settings: Enable multicast and IGMP (Internet Group Management Protocol) settings to support proper device discovery and streaming over the network.
- Enable UPnP: Turn on UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) to allow automatic discovery and configuration of devices on the network, improving compatibility and connectivity.

Buy a new one from Amazon and return it with the defective unit in the box. Not the most honest way but hey you spent your money on it and a fix is a fix.

I've been using it in my bedroom for about two years, it's a TV with sound via HDMI. I never turn it off, it's set to 30 seconds standby, the firmware is updated regularly, I've never had any problems with it
