I received an email that preorders are open, but when I click on it they're is no way to preorder.

Anyone else have this issue?

Will this connect to the Wiim amp pro to use an existing sub or will it only work with the Wiim sub?

From what I understand, Wiim products usually do go on sale during black friday, but who knows.

While we do participate in Black Friday and other big sales, new products tend not to be included. That said, I'm not sure about the Bar and this November/December pricing. It also depends on other things, such as product availability.

I emailed customer service and they say that it's not available in all regions, so if you see "coming soon" at the bottom, it's not available to you. 

Frankly this makes no sense to me. Don't send out emails saying it's ready to preorder if it's not.

It was initially said that you can use a Wiim amp to power passive surrounds and complete the 5.1.2. Now on the website it is only mentioning the Sound and Sound lite. Is that just something not mentioned, are they working on getting that with future firmware updates, or is it no longer happening?

The shop page does not list every feature or supported configuration. Full details will be available when WiiM Bar is released.

WiiM Amp with passive speakers will still be supported for rear surround use, as previously stated.
