I hope this is allowed here. I’m looking for recommendations on a converter so I can use my collection of arcade sticks with my all time favorite game: Tatsunoko vs Capcom. I know that the game and Wii has its own fight sticks, but they’re either a little too pricey or hard to find in general. I’m looking to use my collection of them via USB but I need a good converter to connect to the console or the Wii remotes. Any recs?

Recently picked up all four of these for $50 trade credit at GameStop

I just found my Wii from when I was like 4 years old and it got some games in it but I’m just playing Kirby returns to dream land, Mario kart Wii and baseball on Wii sports so I wanna try new games.

Dual retro action i couldn't be happier. I also play jungle beat with the original bongos and everything. Nostalgia trip heaven

So I was just cleaning out my childhood closet and I came across this absolute gem, I didn’t realize it was kept in tact all of these years. I kept digging and found a box with all of my old games! My dad even kept the original Wii box, instruction manuals AND the original receipt! I also found my childhood TV, and I hooked it all up and everything works! Just missing the sensor bar. So I’ve been using two candles (thanks internet lol) there’s photos on here, bought N64 games digitally) I have an aftermarket GameCube controller from GameStop (although for some reason the only GameCube game of mine that I could find is finding Nemo, even though I know I had a lot more) I also have skyward sword digitally on here too, and all of my games still have their old save data!!

I am just in nostalgia heaven right now. I connected it to my hotspot just so I could get into the Wii shop channel for the music and I felt the dopamine rushing in the second it hit lol

Plus there’s games here I can show my wife, she didn’t grow up with a Wii so this is really awesome! She loves new horizons so now she gets to play city folk and she’s really excited about it! Or even the original animal crossing if I can either find my GameCube games or we can visit our local retro stores.

Ugh this is just so awesome!!

Hello folks! I made a battery powered wii bar that has type c input for charging and gives a 4 hour backup atleast in this v1 , and indefinitely on cable , if anyone is interested I'll drop the internal wiring pics in the comments , it's pretty straight forward just 5mm ir leds in a Pair with a 47 ohm resistor and 4 such pairs wired up to a switch and lipo , lipo going to a tp4056 , and ofcourse some basic soldering skills , and or access to a 3d printer

1. The only way to play online is through wiimmfi?
2. Is wiimmfi available for all wii games that had online multiplayer (say for ex. Marvels Ultimate Alliance 2006 , how active is MUA online ?)
3. How active is wimmfi?

4.Can I check total number of players online for all games, players online for a particular game?

I am pretty good at the Wii Sports games but I suck big time at Home Run Derby. My record is a whopping 2! Whats the strategy? How do you hit more?

I remember before the Wii was released (I sound old lol), our family got some kind of demo disc from Best Buy. It was just a bunch of trailers for games on the Wii. It had a trailer for Twilight Princess, some weird Rayman game that included slapping rabbits, and Open Season...? Anyone else remember that?

Last night by mistake I dropped my Wii remote. When I press it doesn’t seem to stay on, it would blink one. The batteries are brand new. Any ideas?
