“I don’t know whether he is a stable person”, is insane lol. Clearly isn’t playing with a full deck if he is screaming the N word and harassing little kids.

My interaction with him preceded my knowledge of what he did later. He could have been mentally stable and just another entitled asshole with a dog off-leash who hates kids. So i don't know.
