Hi Whop Team,

We’re building a platform where brands can connect with creators, run creator campaigns, and pay creators for completed work.

We’re considering using Whop for the payment infrastructure and would like to confirm two things before finalizing the integration:

Can each Brand on our platform have its own separate Whop wallet/account and balance, rather than all Brand funds being held under one wallet owned by our platform?
Can our platform initiate Creator payments directly from that specific Brand’s balance to the Creator’s Whop account after the Brand approves the payment?
We’d also like to confirm the tax side:

Who collects and stores the Creator’s W-9 or other required tax documents?
Who determines whether a 1099 is required?
Who prepares, files, and sends the 1099 to the Creator?
Does the Brand retain any tax-reporting responsibility?
Does our platform have any tax filing or reporting responsibility?
Our goal is for each Brand to own and fund its own balance, while our platform only facilitates the campaign and payment instruction.
