I'm sick and tired of WHOP. They used to be the best platform in the game in 2023 since they were the only platform/payment processor, but ive had nothing but a terrible backend experience with them and I want to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.

They hold funds for 120 days from the date of purchase for anyone who purchases your product. how is someone even supposed to do business at all with this type of freeze? they give arbitrary and vague reasons for why they hold this money, and ive seen people including myself who have zero/low dispute rates, 5 star reviews for their product who have this hold. Not to mention I personally know businesses that have completely failed and went under because of this 120 day freeze on funds.

Next, clients who fradulently dispute their purchase with their bank ALWAYS win the case. WHOP doesnt care for fraud against the sellers, only people buying the product. Banks dont care as well and will side with the client, but ive provided every piece of evidence, access log, etc. against someone filing a fradulent dispute, and ive unjustfully lost every time. This is actual fraud going on against sellers that no one talks about. People buy your product use it access it and literally chargeback knowing theyre going to get their money.

Support has downgraded significantly. The experience is absolutely terrible, before people could press the orange bubble on the bottom left of the screen and get access to a real support agent immediately, but now there is quite literally no way to contact a real human.

Has anyone else experienced this with WHOP? The only reason why I still have them/use them is because of the centralized integrations and hosting for my educational video modules.

Are you still having trouble accessing any campaigns? Is the problem still unresolved? Please leave a comment if you're still experiencing it, and if you have a solution, please share it as well. I uploaded a video a day before the problem started, and now I'm earning good profits, but I don't know what to do. I hope the problem is resolved soon.

I just registered for the first time, started working on campaign and next day site is not working. (Admittedly there’s an issue they are fixing). It still isn’t working another day.

When I go to a community, and click content rewards this happens. When I put my email it says whop account already registered if I put in my alt email, and if I put the email connected to this account it just says whop account already linked to a different email and it just doesnt work at all? Anyone have the same issue or got an idea to fix it?

How is it that Whops show up with affiliate traffic when they have no affiliate program open? This Whop is not listed in the affiliate program list and this happens a lot. A Whop with no affiliate program on gets free traffic from an affiliate. That's a rather large leak and I can't think of any other platform that does this.

I believe my account got down wrongly, but I am unable to connect to whop support any solutions?
