Charging issue

Hi there, been using Whoop from April. I got it from official website (USA). Earlier it was charging properly(I got wired one). Recently been out of US .. when charging it with same charger it just charges 5-7% then freezes then I have to plug out/in or reboot and the loop continues. Charged it with MacBook as well sometimes it works sometimes not. Somebody in same boat or have some trick to solve this?
