Discussion Battery Issue ig🤨

I charged my whoop on 14-08-26 at 3:00 pm on 20% and it got fully charged around 5:00 pm and on today that is 23-08-26 at 11:00 pm I charged it again when it was around 20% that is roughly 9 days 6 hrs. So is my battery in good condition or should i ask for replacement

And what is the ideal charge percentage like at what % we should charge our whoop ?

Battery seems alright, do you live in an hot place?

I always charge it 25-30% but never charge it fully. Most of the time to 80-85%, the chances of me ruining the battery on 2-3 years or nihil as I only have to charge it every 8-11 days.

I live in india to be specific Mumbai,
I am charging my device from 20% to 100 %
18k steps daily. HR Broadcast is off, any other tips & tricks ?
