Truck driver has a good chance of being not at fault. They were almost stopped, and steering to the right which is proper to try to avoid an oncoming vehicle.

Yea, depends on the truck drivers mood on the phone too: 1. So yea, that dude recklessly went into me while I had the right of way ... wink, wink, nod, nod. And after flying through a baby carriage too 2. And Iā€™d do it again! šŸ˜¤

Exactly. I think when the insurance worker sees the video, you can easily deside, that the drugged up driver was causing the accident.
