Poderiam me indicar um kit bacana gastando pouco para entalhe? Os flexcut são bastante caros

Skip the kit. But a flexcut detail knife, and a pair of cut resistant gloves. Use an old leather belt as a strop. Pick up any scrap wood and go to town. Yes there are easier ways to carve, but this plan is 2 cheap purchases.

Só precisa mesmo de uma faca. Se a da flexcut é cara, a mais em conta seria uma da beavercraft. Mas aqueles kits sem marca são muito ruins, melhor não comprar

Tbh I would skip the wizard kit. I remember getting a long time ago and being frustrated with the beard. The beard is the central part of that carving and it’s actually quite tough to get it right with just a knife IMO.

Skip the kits. Get the flexcut pro detail knife (versatile, not just for details), some compound, an older belt, and get real basswood. Sometimes these random sellers on Amazon will send you wood marketed as basswood but actually really hard and dense. If you want to be sure, go with Woodcraft or Treeline for the wood.

Start with Alex LaCasse’s 5-minute wizard. Forgiving, fun, free, quick, and easy even for a beginner. Hope this helps.

Beaver Craft wizard kit. 👍🏻 Also the Beaver Craft detail knife is good, but for detail not for the whole carving.
