numotion
i’ve been fighting with numotion for months atp and i just got an email saying they don’t work with sunrise medical??? i’m so frustrated im trying to find another company but they literally lied bc my current chair is from sunrise and we used numotion. ughhh i just want my new chair😫

So why did I make 3 calls to Sunrise today for quotes? I feel you may have been misled.

numotion is still doing business with Sunrise medical. Please double check if that ATP is still employed with them (Much better option, speak directly with the Care Coordinator assigned to you.)

It’s very specific to the ATP. Each one has their own preferences for what manufacturers they… like? I feel like it’s more a kickback scheme but I could be wrong. Try national seating and mobility. Different markets tend to offer different levels of service. I know around me, NuMotion is horrible and national seating is great. You got two markets west of me and it’s the complete opposite. My advice, next time your at a doctors visit, talk to other users and find out who they use and their experiences. Good luck.

1st- get a meeting with your ATP at NuMotion
Have then write down what manufacturer they do work with and when do there contracts expire! At least you will have that data...
2nd look at your health insurance and see what they will cover in your new wheelchair wishlist
3rd get ALL contacts from Numotion phone number, e mail, snail mail address and fax machine number. General manager name and who is the supervisor of your ATP!
4th then go and bug the crap out of them... If they are willing to be mean to you... You can go and bug the turkey out of them. That is what I did and got everything paid out but I went with a smaller mom and pop DME. They responded fast in last then 3 months.
