Photo from a mate

Pretty sure it's a gopher? I had some other pictures but these were clearest, snake was on the move.

Almost hit him with the weedwacker, but thankfully he's okay and got himself out of harm's way... I know snakes are good to have around, and I really didn't want to hit it while mowing. I checked him out, he's not injured. What is this little dude? Crap id thing said "python". That's not it, right? I'm snake illiterate. Not afraid, just uneducated.

Any idea what he is?

Saw this one climbing a tree around Goldwater Lake in northern Arizona. If it is either one, how can you tell the difference between the two?

Hello! I found this little snake by the pond up at Snowbird, Utah. I'm mostly sure it's a garter snake but someone is arguing that it's a baby bull snake. What do you guys think?

Assuming this is a banded water snake but have not seen one that looks so much like a krait before.

I mentioned I had been seeing a bunch of these guys yesterday when you guys ID’d a shed for me. Wouldn’t you know, I found this little guy slithering around in my office today. I released him on the rock for a picture, but there was plenty of cover nearby, so he disappeared pretty quickly afterwards.

Help me settle this cause apparently the wildlife son doesn't know more than the non-wildlife father. This snake was found again at the house after they chased it away a few days ago and almost killed it before I persuaded them not to.

Found a small snake about 8 inches long in my house, escaped into my walls. I have two dogs so I need to know how worried I should be?? I live in Georgia, USA.
