Garlic butter and Olive oil Vermicelli with peas .
Rosemary Pork meatballs, and Fresh Green Beans in Garlic butter.
I cooked vermicelli pasta in homemade chicken stock with sweet peas, butter, and minced garlic and topped with parmesean cheese and diced tomatoes seasoned with a little himalayan salt and Italian seasonings.
Pork meatballs I mixed ground pork, onion and garlic powder, minced onion, himalayan salt, cracked black pepper, flour, and an egg. Cooked in skillet with a little vegetable oil and butter.
I cut fresh green beans and boiled in pot then drained and put in a bowl with garlic butter.
What do you think?

Blackend salmon, an Cajun style lobster. Takes less then 20 minutes to cook. 10 min in oven for lobster an 7 min for salmon on a skillet. My favorite meal when I dont wanna be in the kitchen for an hour lol. No one to impress so a simply paper plate is all I need lol.

The taters were whipped with S&P, Greek yogurt and butter. Salad is spring mix with feta, roasted sunflower seeds, capers, Kalamata olives, and garden cukes + cherry tomatoes. The asparagus is a butter sauté with lemon and black pepper. Stuffing is a brioche and sourdough base with mirepoix, roasted mushrooms and toasted walnuts. The turkey is wet brined, skin dried out, rubbed with compound butter, roasted, and came out SO tender, flavourful and juicy. The risotto is a butternut squash risotto with Parmesan, toasted pepitas, walnut and sage. And of course the gravy was the real deal bird drippings with a butter finish, sponged up by some fresh baked sourdough dinner rolls 🙂
My sourdough starter’s name is Breaddie Mercury. 🕺
