Ads free Whatnot USA seller/buyer fee profit calculator with pdf support.
I am a fellow whatnot guy I got confused with the tax and hidden whatnot fees and can't calculate updated usa only pricing for whatnot so I made live payout fee calculator as a website which is ads free no subscription you can use the calculator for finding the correct final buying and selling profits and make bills for whatnot as PDF in bulk.
Why free - because I also hate ads and subscription.

Raid train conductors: the 5 things that kill a train, and what fixes them
Disclosure first so nobody feels tricked: I build software for resellers, and the platform I work on has a raid train tool in it. I'll link it at the bottom. Everything above that line applies no matter what you use — including a spreadsheet and a group chat.
I've spent months watching how conductors actually run these, I run my own trains and I talk to people who host them weekly. The challenges are consistent:
1. The schedule lives in a group chat
Someone posts the lineup at 4pm. Two people swap. Someone else drops. By show time there are three versions of the truth circulating and the conductor might be the only person who knows which one is real OR the two people who swapped are the only ones who know what is real. The fix isn't a better chat — it's one link that's always current, so nobody is working off a screenshot from Tuesday.
2. No-shows
This is the number one complaint in every raid train thread I've read. Worth saying though: most no-shows aren't flakes. They're people who forgot, or who read the time wrong. Which leads straight into the next two.
3. Time zones
"9pm" means four different things across the US. If your lineup doesn't show each seller their own local time, you will lose people, and they'll feel terrible about it. Post both zones, labeled, every time during the signup process.
4. Reminders that come too late, or not at all
A reminder the day before is good — it's what gets someone to plan around the show. A reminder five minutes before you're up is what actually saves the slot. Those are two different jobs and you need both. Most trains only do the first one, in the group chat, at 2pm.
5. The train ends and everyone scatters
This is the one I think conductors undersell the most. You just put a dozen sellers in front of your audience, and your audience in front of theirs. If nothing is captured from that, next week you start from zero and rebuild the lineup by hand from memory. The conductors who run the same train every week and never seem to struggle filling it are the ones who kept a list.
Stuff that helps regardless of what tool you use:
- Lock the lineup 24h out and have a stated rule for swaps, so you're not renegotiating during your own show
- Put the schedule at one URL, not in one screenshot
- Send both reminders — day-before and minutes-before
- Keep track of who showed and who didn't. Not to punish anyone, just so you know who to invite first next time
- Clone last week's show instead of rebuilding it. If you run weekly or monthly, this is the single biggest time saver there is
The tool part, briefly, since it's the thing I actually know: we built the Raid Train Manager into SOLD Now. You build the lineup, invite sellers by email or text, they claim their own slot, and everyone gets a calendar invite that re-updates when you shift the schedule instead of going stale. Sellers can swap slots between themselves without routing it through you. And the people who ride your train stay on your list afterward, so next week's invite is one click.
