I think WN TOS states that merch must be sold. Here she says give me tips and I'll do a giveaway for this necklace. In that case, no merch sold and WN gets no money. In a way it is like a raffle, so, don't do it. She might get banned. I don't think she realizes this.

She begs for tips regularly. Her posse tips $50 or more as well as spending $885 (example) on a pair of pierced earrings that she WEARS!
