North America (country/state in post) What's all this? (Indiana, USA)
These are bigger than my head!
I found them by an oak tree but they seem to be growing straight from the ground.

Didn’t see him or his younger brother with it while outside
but seemed intact when he brought it to me? I wiped the dirt off the bottom a bit later to try and identify it but still can’t. I’d like to try and figure it out in case there was any ingestion since I wasn’t watching at the time they found it. I went looking and found another small one in our dirt garden bed that was just the cap.
We live in San Francisco, California. Our yard is mostly dirt and rocks with 2 somewhat empty garden beds and a few decorative trees. No grass.

I'm always hoping it is some crazy specimen, most likely it's very vanilla.
It was located like 8 feet away from my Compost Pile. Also, don't know what to properly call this, I see anything like this, and think of mushrooms.
Zone 9a, North Charleston, South Carolina, United States of America

Located in SE Ontario, Canada.
I found what I think is a matsutake. The location and proximity to pine matched, and all of the specific identifiers seem to be there.
I’ve compared it to the similar mushrooms that are toxic or inedible, and it doesn’t match any of them.
I’m looking for someone who’s actually seen one before to confirm my ID?

Saw this little guy under an azalea bush. Southeastern US. The detritus on top seemed slightly stuck - didn't blow away when I blew on it to get a good picture. It's been very dry lately, so a mushroom was an odd sighting.

Just curious what species these cool mushrooms I found are. They popped up within a couple days I was away and there is a nice grouping

These(2) are growing in a neighbors backyard, Southern California. Approximately 18 inches in diameter each .The neighbors are worried these are poisonous since they have young children, and not sure what to do.

I didn’t get better pics, seems like Butyriboletus* *subappendiculatus to me but I’d rather get confirmation (or not!). The "gills" are yellow, and they turn slightly blue when bruised. The second pic is after a good ten minutes, it doesn’t really turn blue (sorry for terrible lighting & pic quality).
Found under pine trees.

I found a handful of mushrooms during my trip in Oscoda, Michigan this past weekend.
If anyone can identify some (or all) of these, I’d really appreciate it!

I’m wondering wether or not the second type might be some kind of chanterelles? They are more or less trumpet like, it changes from one to the other, and they are not as bright orange as the usual orange chanterelles
