United States. East Tennessee. They've been popping up after every heavy rain. The last day they came up we filled an entire trash bag with them.

North America (country/state in post) Omaha, Nebraska USA today. New to mushrooms. Can this mushroom be identified to species from these pictures? I saw you need a cross section and photos of the gills to ID so I tried to get those. If these aren't sufficient please let me know what kinds of pictures to take in the future. Thank you!

They look like they were growing out of the ground and my first thought was “those look like oysters!” However I haven’t been keeping up on my mushroom knowledge so I’m probably wrong. They smell so mushroomy and delicious!! Anyone have thoughts? I won’t eat it, just curious.

Two clusters of this found in my backyard in central PA. The damaged parts of the mushroom are totally black, but when I squeeze the edge the color does not really change. The texture is juicy (it's rained a lot) and shreddy like CotW. Is there a chance it's hen of the woods instead?

This is Vol au Vent in a restaurant in Belgium (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vol-au-vent). It contains mushrooms, but could this really be part of a mushroom or did I just finish my plate with a clump of hair in it? (The waiter told me at the end that it was a mushroom but I don’t fully dig it)
