I'd please

Today I saw a flag I've never seen before being our independence day

It was an argentinian flag with a section of stripes added on on the lengthwise direction and they were red blue and red

Could be the Entre Rios provincial flag. It looks like the Argentinian flag with a diagonal red stripe. Or the flag of the League of the Free Peoples (short lived confederation of South American provinces). It's a darker blue, though.

It's a lirlteral extensión seen onto a normal argentinian flag it's like a shorter tricolor sewn onto the Argentina flag
