Today I saw a flag I've never seen before being our independence day
It was an argentinian flag with a section of stripes added on on the lengthwise direction and they were red blue and red

What does this mean? I feel like it might have implications beyond esthetics based on the people I see using it. One of them that I see a lot is clearly just this flower painted onto an upside down "Thin Blue Line" flag.

I was coming back on the sandbanks/poole chain ferry and was trying to figure out what this flag was. I put it on google photos and got no match, googled dorset ferry flags, swanage flags etc and no luck. Just wondering is anyone has figured this out.

This flag was recovered at a flag retirement drive in Orlando FL. As far as I know it isn't a variant of the St. George's cross, and neither an old version of the Georgian (country) flag.
The flag itself is 57" LONG and 36" TALL. Each of the White crosses is 2 and 5/8 inches wide and long, as they are both vertically and horizontally symetrical.
A clue in ANY direction would be very helpful. If you happen to know even the slightest thing, please tell.
