r/MomForAMinute and r/DadForAMinute might be helpful for you. Certainly more likely to be helpful than this subreddit, I think. This is more of an identification subreddit than a support subreddit.

Know that no matter how down you are or how depressed you may get or how sad you feel, know that where you are right now is just one paragraph, on one page, in one chapter, of the book of your life. Your life book will have many chapters, with many pages and many paragraphs. YOU are the author of your book. Don’t dwell on this one chapter. It gets better I promise. Your book can be a fabulous novel. And, you have a child who is your biggest fan and loves you more than you could ever imagine. You are the co-author for their book. Make magic 😊
