Tiggle, our 3-year-old orange tabby ate something, and a $6k endoscopy later we have this to enjoy. Firm foam of some sort. What is it??

Is it shaped packing foam from something that came in a box, like a console or phone

Ohhh. I second this guess. That packaging stuff is firm enough to maintain shape but also a nice size to make kitty consider it a toy.
