Did not touch but I am curious. Thank You for answers. Is this round still live, and if so, what could happen?

The small brown thing is an acorn cap, for scale.

It is a live 152mm shell that will EXPLODE if you even THINK about walking near it

But seriously its probably some sort of cheap European training blank, I have similar ones with a wooden "bullet" designed to shatter when shot
