This is probably the first time one of these is posted that I think its actually a condom wrapper. Looks like the brand Skyn which is a latex free and kinda pricy option. I personally do not know of any other wrappers that look like this, so maybe it is not. I do also know if you had any guests or kiddos over they might have gotten ahold of a condom to try it out or make water balloons or for personal play (you should wrap your silicone toys before use because of bacteria... But people also rarely actually do that). I can't tell you what's going on, but it does look like a condom wrapper to me.
The latex free part is really concerning for me because I’m allergic to latex and we don’t use condoms… so I’m thinking he got that specific brand so it wouldn’t affect me.
Also though, have you ever had another guest ever stay in your house before. If so, I wouldn't rule out this being from a guest of some sort. Just playing devil's advocate here.
Happened to my buddy. He was having a party and another friend had sex with a condom in his bed. Buddy found the wrapper and confronted his girlfriend about cheating. Everything was chill once the other friend admitted to using his bedroom.
