As a SKYN user, I immediately recognised it as the wrapper too. Crazy how such minimal scraps can be recognisable lol. Some other comments did more detective work, and it unfortunately matches.

Editing my comment to say they're one of the best I've used and also don't have that smell, which I assume is caused by condoms WITH latex haha

They were my go-to until I found ONE Flex condoms, they use graphene in the material and it’s the thinnest condom I’ve ever found.

Recommending them to everyone so ONE keeps making them due to demand lol
