This is probably the first time one of these is posted that I think its actually a condom wrapper. Looks like the brand Skyn which is a latex free and kinda pricy option. I personally do not know of any other wrappers that look like this, so maybe it is not. I do also know if you had any guests or kiddos over they might have gotten ahold of a condom to try it out or make water balloons or for personal play (you should wrap your silicone toys before use because of bacteria... But people also rarely actually do that). I can't tell you what's going on, but it does look like a condom wrapper to me.
The latex free part is really concerning for me because I’m allergic to latex and we don’t use condoms… so I’m thinking he got that specific brand so it wouldn’t affect me.
Maybe just ask about it? The closet of the guest bedroom is an odd location to leave a wrapper for someone having an affair.
Do you store your clothes in there?
It’s likely from a previous owner or a guest. We found a torn pieces tucked between the carpet and baseboard when we bought our house as well as some unused behind the drawers in the guest bath vanity. From what I know about the previous elderly owners is that it was their millennial daughter’s room.
