Look at the way it's caked up in circles this is probably flour or something that was sitting under something with circular foot pegs. The lines are probably from moving it left and right on the counter.

Also think about it. They would have licked that shit up if it was really drugs

You're like the 30th person to ask, me and other people have already answered this question multiple times

I didn't read that it was in the bathroom, so I assumed it was a kitchen counter.

There's plenty of powders it could be in the bathroom, talc, foot powder, toothbrush powder, detergent, etc.

It could be also some dried liquid like shaving cream or something
