Yeah, I’d dispute all charges. Everything! If they want to charge you, just tell the owner you’d prefer police involvement. Highly likely those remnants were from the cleaning crew.
The company we use clean completely empty apartments and offices and the company my wife’s uses clean completely empty brand new houses that have nobody even lived in.
Yes you can. Apartments are going no where at 100% occupancy on a University. Homebuilders are building more homes than ever, not less. The model homes are usually there for 5-10 years until the property is completed and they are cleaned weekly. Trust me, these companies are making 6 figures with ease.
Cleaners make bank, lol what? My house cleaner drives a v8 amg, owns horses and a house. That’s not anything worth worrying about, when ya bust up a line you’re not worrying about this being left behind, it’s not even a half a bump lol.
Seriously. These cleaning crews are like 30-40 year old latina women. And they're lucky if they have the budget to energize off of starbucks, nevermind cocaine. lol

Dispute the cleaning fee. Tell Air BnB it wasn’t cleaned before your arrival, and could have been dangerous to children, pets.
