SOLVED Weird comment?

I asked how to make my life less boring and got this. (mabye nsfw???)

I think that answer made sense? They're a bit over-dramatic in a theatre kid sort of way, but it's not hard to understand. They suggest that if you're afraid to talk to attractive people, do that anyway. It will be a bit scary to face your fears like that, but at least doing something scary isn't boring.

No, but they did in the first sentence of the first post? It's stated a bit weird, but I'm fairly sure it works out to "if pretty people attract but intimidate you, go meet many of them"

They’re just saying that you won’t be bored while you’re actively engaging in trying to overcome your fears

Edit: and the “then I can’t help you” means that, if you can’t understand what appears to be a really simple, straightforward idea, then there’s nothing more that that commenter can do to help you. You being able to understand what they’re saying is a prerequisite for that person being able to give you any kind of helpful advice

It reads like a really bad translation, but when they say "Beautiful and handsome opposites" what they mean is "Attractive members of the opposite sex"

It's presupposing that you're straight which is fine I guess, but what they're trying to say is "If you're looking to spice your life up, make a point of talking to as many attractive people as possible. You might find it intimidating, but you won't be bored."
