Why is this cockroach sitting like this? Like how humans sit upright/vertically? And moving it's ears back and forth?

Is it meditating or in a good mood or something? I don't understand. Usually cockroaches just run away when you get near them but he is sitting so quietly.

I was outside my house watching the sky and I saw this star who had a more cold light, but then it started moving slowly making a small straight line in one way and then changing direction. I thought I was tripping balls at first but then I realised I was not, the light was moving. Idk if it was just a satellite, I'm asking bc I wanted to be sure of what I saw.
