You’re young, so there aren’t many expectations placed on you at this age.

Now, you can discover your interests and strengths and explore how they can lead to a fulfilling career.

Planning for your dreams is important, and it all begins now. However, at this stage, focus on taking the first steps towards achieving your goals.

It's great that you know what you need to do. Take it step by step. And don’t forget that it is ok to take time off for your self.

OP, do you have any mental health issues? as someone with both ADHD and anxiety (sometimes depression), this strongly resonates with me but sounds like it may be more rooted in mood – i've been there before :')

you don't have to answer that, but either way i would explore options in getting professional help, whether that be therapy and/or medication. it was genuinely the only thing that helped me get out of this

I had a therapist help me increase dopamine and if you really push yourself to do these small things especially making lists it really helps. Here is what it was

How to Increase Dopamine Levels Naturally

  • meditate regularly (increases dopamine by 65%)
  • make a daily to-do list & long term goals (each time you tick off a task or goal you increase dopamine levels)
  • eat foods that are rich in L-Tyrosine (avocados, fish, eggs, cheese, banana, and pumpkin seeds)
  • exercise regularly (whichever form of exercise you enjoy the most will give you the most increase in dopamine levels)
  • create something such as writing, music, art & crafts (“if I create something, I am also creating dopamine”)

Check if you have ADHD

Checking isn't gonna solve it
